Each and every item is made-to-order and will take 7-10 business days to process unless otherwise arranges or has a different arrival time in the individual listing.
Shipping will generally be processed within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation with the exception of our customized items, those could take up to 12-18 business days before they are ready to be shipped out.
All items are shipped through UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) unless the buyer specifically asks for a different shipping service.
We do not ship out orders on weekends and holidays (Public holidays in the United States).
For orders within the United States, First Class costs $6 and Priority is $9. Packaging ship price is for one item.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY IMPORT OR CUSTOMS FEES AND/OR TAXES.
We ship worldwide for a rate of $18-$40 (2-3 weeks delivery time).
Please note that customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package. We are not responsible for unclaimed, lost or stolen packages or delaying in package arrival by the Postal Service.

If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped.
Please note that First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance. CASHMERE+COAL will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery.
We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address.
*If you would like your package to be insured, make sure you purchase the "Insurance Shipping" listing in our store.
If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 15-60 days from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS.
DO NOT OPEN YOUR PACKAGE WITH A SHARP OBJECT.
We are NOT responsible for sliced items from your doing.
If your package is lost or was damaged upon delivery, you have 7 days to 6 months after shipment to create an inquiry.
To file a claim with USPS go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States or the international tab for orders outside of the United States. Then follow the directions as stated.
ALL ORDERS OVER $100 RECEIVE AUTOMATIC FREE SHIPPING (USA ONLY).
We do not process returns or exchanges. IF your item arrived damaged, you have 24 hours within the delivery to send us photos and request a replacement. We will replace the item with the exact same size and color.
Instructions to receive a replacement:
1- Within 24 hours of delivery, send us 3 photos of the item and the packaging
2- Contact us to setup the replacement claim.
3- Ship the item back to us, you will receive the replacement within 5-7 weekdays.
We do not exchange item for sizing. If you absolutely cannot wear the item, you will be required to cover the shipping of BOTH the return item and the replacement.
Instructions for Exchange:
1- Contact us, explaining the exchange reason.
2- Ship the unwanted item back to us. You may purchase the label through our shop to get the "business" rates.
3- Purchase Shipping for the new item (must be purchased through our shop).
4- Wait 5-7 business days for your replacement.
Do you ship Internationally?
YES. We ship worldwide for a flat rates of $18 (2-3 weeks delivery time) $29 (1-2 weeks delivery time with tracking). $49 (3-5 business days) Shipping cost may vary depending on destination country.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business day of payment confirmation with the exception of our custom denim, those could take up to 2 weeks to be shipped out depending on the design selected.
Can I use my Credit Card on your website?
Yes, we accept all major debit and credit cards on our website and it is 100% secure
How can I track my order?
Your tracking number will be added to your transaction and will also be emailed to you.
Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
Once an order confirmation email is sent to you, there is no way of cancelling.
Will I receive the same brand/color of custom denim?
Since our custom denim are vintage and handmade. We sell the design and not the brand. Also the color might vary slightly from the pictures as they are custom made by hand. Your computer screen setting might also distort the exact color slightly.
